特 点：
1.真空下物料溶液的沸点降低，使蒸发器的传热推动力增大，因此对一定的传热量可以节省蒸发器的传热面积。
2.蒸发操作的热源可采用低压蒸汽或废热蒸汽。
3.在干燥前可进行消毒处理，干燥过程中无任何不纯物混入，符合GMP要求。
4.属于静态真空干燥器，故干燥物料的形体不会损坏。
1.Under the condition of vacuum, the boiling point of raw material will decrease and make the pushing force become greater. Therefore
for a certain amount of heat radiation, the conducting area of evaporator can be saved;
2.The heat source for operation of evaporation may be low pressure steam or surplus heat steam;
3.Before drying, the treatment of disinfection may be carried out. During the period of drying, there is no impurity material mixing. It is in
conformity with the requirement of GMP;
4.It belongs to static drier. So the shape of raw material to be dried can not be destroyed.
原 理：
所谓真空干燥，就是将干燥物料处在真空条件下，进行加热干燥，如果利用真空泵进行抽空抽湿，则加快了干燥速率。
注：如采用冷凝器物料中的溶剂可通过冷凝器加以回收；如采用SK系列水环真空泵或ZSWJ系列水力喷射真空泵机组，可不用冷凝器，节省能源投资。
It is well known that vacuum drying is to put raw material to the state of vacuum for heating and drying. If use vacuum to take air and
humidity out, the dry speed will be faster.
Note: if use condensator, the solvent in raw material can be recovered. If use SK series water ring vacuum pump or ZSWJ series
hydraulic inject vacuum pump sets, condensator can not be used and the investment could be saved.
